Our character development theme for this month is “I’m Worth It”.
There’s a saying that goes like this… “A copy is never better than the original.”
You need to know that you are definitely unique and one of a kind.
In fact, the chances of you being born comes out to roughly 1 in 400 quadrillion, which is almost zero.
That means you are more likely to win the lottery, star in a blockbuster movie and fly to the moon all in the same day
Crazy, right?
You must take this rare gift you’ve been given and do everything you can with it.
Take a moment and ask yourself this question…
If today was your last day on earth, how would you want to be remembered?
Start living your life to make that come true and you won’t regret it.
How?
Repeat after me… (Yes, I’m serious )
- Stop following the crowd.
- Stop copying everyone else.
- Stop listening to the haters and negative people.
Start living your life on your terms and make it the best you can.
Repeat after me… (Don’t ask why. Just do it.)
Who you are matters.
How do you know?
- Everything you are has the power to change a life for the better.
- The world needs more of your kindness, more of your heart and more of your smile.
- Know that there are people whose problems are solved all because of you so if you didn’t exist they wouldn’t be able to get the help they needed.
Repeat after me… (This is the last time. I promise.)
What you do matters.
How do you know?
- When you smile, people smile back.
- When you are kind to someone they are kind in return.
- When you help someone they are grateful.
People respond to things that matter to them and those are just three examples that prove what you do actually does matter.
Most importantly, you matter, so make sure you are being the best “you” you can be.
Next week will will start discussing the Secrets to Increasing Your Self-Worth.
